Alan Greene’s journey in ministry began with a simple but powerful vision: “Taking the Church outside the walls, bringing Light into the darkness with the life-changing message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.”
As the founder of LifeLight, what began as that simple vision in Sioux Falls, SD, grew into the one of the nations largest free annual music festivals – drawing thousands from across the country to experience worship, community, and the Gospel. And today that impact is continuing not only across South Dakota but around the world.
With the conviction of an evangelist and his background of both ministry and business experience, he’s been given a broad perspective on the calling of the Church today. His heart to unify the body of Christ to reach the lost is what truly motivates him.
Alan joyfully serves in ministry alongside his wife, Vicki. They are the proud parents of three daughters and delight in five grandchildren.
Alan also serves on the Council of the Global Network of Evangelists, a ministry of Luis Palau.
